Aside from selected high-level presentations articulating the need, challenges and opportunities EVE presents, EVE will be a workshop during which experts will be invited to present, discuss, revise and integrate five draft white papers on:

1. Climate Informatino
2. Science and Modelling
3. Technology
4. Data and Observations
5. Governance

The White Papers are being drafted and will be available to the participants of the workshop no later than the end of May.
